There are MMICs which could simply boost the power but I see them as being potentially problematic (unstable or dirty signal) if connected to the FM transmitter to boost output power. Try using one on the receiver if you need to boost reception. In theory you could use a PSA4-5043+ from Minicircuits. Thats what i would use in that situation.
